We talk, and we agree terms
In writing, before anything is owed either way. What you earn is set with you — it is not a published rate you have to accept.

You get your own link and dashboard
A practice that signs up through your link is attributed to you automatically. Nothing is attributed any other way, so nothing depends on anybody remembering.

You are paid on what they actually do
Your dashboard shows the practices attributed to you and what has accrued, in the same figures the books are kept in. You request a payout when you want it.

What you see, and what you do not

The practices attributed to you, what they are doing with us as money and as counts, and what you have earned.
Never a patient, never a case, never a clinical record. That is between the practice and the bench, and the portal does not let an associate near it.
Never another associate’s practices or earnings.
