A contact form is a way of collecting a message without committing to answer it. The account application is the only form on this site, because it is the only one that needs structure. Everything else reaches a person directly.

You are a practice that wants to send us work. The application asks for your practice details and licence, which we verify before provisioning your dashboard. Most accounts are live within one working day.

Raise it on the case itself rather than by email. Every case carries a message thread and reaches the bench team working on it, so the conversation stays attached to the work instead of scattering across inboxes.

Clinical questions before you prescribe, whether a material suits a plan, a document you need for your own records, or anything that does not fit the two doors on the left. A person reads it.

Where the work happens
At Lumina Dental Laboratory, in Egypt — the only bench we use. We set the specification, every case passes a named review stage before it enters production, and we carry the warranty ourselves. The laboratory is named on your case record and on the pouch label in the box, so you never have to ask.
Before you write
