Shipping & logistics

Express courier to your practice, on every case.

4 express carriers under trial, transit bands published by region, and a tracking number written to the case record at dispatch. Nothing about the journey to your practice is left to be discovered by telephone.

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx International Priority
  • UPS Worldwide

The distinction that matters

Bench time and transit are two numbers. We never print them as one.

A 5-day crown is 5 working days in the laboratory, plus the transit band for your region. Laboratories that quote a single blended figure are the ones that quietly miss delivery dates, because the blend hides which half went wrong.

Bench time is what we control

It starts when a case is approved into production, not when it is submitted — the review step has its own clock and its own visibility.

Transit is what the carrier controls

We publish a band per region rather than a promise, because customs and weather are not ours to guarantee.

Rush only compresses one of them

Rush service shortens laboratory time on fixed and appliance work. It cannot shorten transit, and we will say so rather than promise otherwise.

Laboratory days for every product are published on the catalogue and the pricing page. The bands below are the other half of the arithmetic.

Transit bands

Business days in the carrier's hands, by region.

Measured from dispatch to delivery, excluding customs holds outside our control. These are our current estimates for express courier from Cairo, not carrier-quoted commitments — we will replace them with quoted bands once a carrier is selected. A band you can plan against is worth more than a promise nobody can keep.

Shipping outside these regions is arranged case by case and confirmed before dispatch. Within them, delivery and any import duties are ours: the unit price you are quoted is what reaches your invoice.

What we commit to

Four things, none of them about the weather.

Everything below is inside our control, which is why it is written as a commitment rather than as an estimate.

01

Transit is quoted separately from laboratory time, so a 5-day crown is 5 days at the bench plus a stated transit band — never a blurred single number.

02

The carrier and tracking number are written to the case record at dispatch, and surface in your dashboard without you asking.

03

Freight and any import duty are ours, not yours. The price we quote you is what you are invoiced, delivered to your practice.

04

Rush service, on fixed and appliance work, compresses laboratory time; it does not compress transit, and we will say so rather than promise otherwise.

Tracking

The tracking number lives on the case, not in an email someone has to find.

Your front desk can give the patient a real arrival date without calling us, and delivery is confirmed back onto the case to close the timeline.
